Mild. Short winters, long humid summers. A free Saturday looks like this: Live music on Broadway or in East Nashville, hot chicken, Radnor Lake, a Titans or Predators game.
Distance to market: Downtown Nashville is two miles. Atlanta is four hours by car; New York and DC are short flights. Airport: BNA, twenty minutes, with direct flights to every major market.
