Physiological Regulation
Daily breathwork and arousal-modulation practice. We don't teach you to "calm down" — we train your nervous system to operate at the right activation level for the test, which is alert but not flooded. The protocol is rehearsed, measured, and adjusted weekly.

Exposure-Based Desensitization
Gradual reintroduction to test conditions, scaled. We do not jump to full PTs. We start with single sections under mild pressure, then build to full conditions over several weeks. Each exposure is debriefed and adjusted.

Cognitive Reframing
When catastrophic thoughts surface during the test, you need a trained replacement protocol — not willpower. We build yours, specific to the thoughts you actually have. The replacements are practiced until they're automatic.

Test-Day Architecture
The week before, the morning of, the moment you sit down — every transition is engineered. Test-day for the Flooded is rehearsed, not improvised. We design your fallback protocols for the moment something goes wrong, because something usually does.

What this looks like in practice.

A typical Flooded we've worked with

Practice tests in the 168–171 range. Three official tests, all 158–161. Severe physical symptoms in the testing room: shallow breathing, hand tremors, intrusive thoughts about admissions consequences mid-section. Lovare ran 10 weeks of integrated anxiety + academic protocol. Final official score 169 — closer to BR ceiling than timed score had ever been.
