Are there accredited law schools without an LSAT requirement?

Yes. Accredited law schools without an LSAT requirement fall into four categories: schools that accept the GRE, schools that accept JD-Next, schools with in-house or GPA-based waivers, and ABA-accredited hybrid programs that deliver part of the JD online. The GRE category is by far the largest. Fully test-free admission, with no LSAT, GRE, or other test, remains rare and usually conditional. about 196 ABA-approved law schools.

Is any ABA law school fully test-free?

Very few, and rarely for the general applicant. Even most waivers require a substitute score such as the SAT, ACT, or GRE, and schools apply them narrowly, often to their own undergraduates or applicants above a high GPA line. The ABA's standards have historically expected a valid and reliable admissions test, which is why a completely test-free JD is the exception, not a category to plan around. see the linked source (see the linked source).

What should you weigh before applying without an LSAT?

Weigh reach and money, not just the exam you skip. The GRE opens the most no-LSAT schools and keeps your options broad, while narrow waivers can limit both schools and scholarships. Confirm each target's current policy, and be honest about whether a strong LSAT would actually serve your goals better. see the linked source (see the linked source).
